At Apollo Scooters, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your ride; if you are not completely happy, you can return your unused electric scooter within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Scooter
Carefully repack the scooter in its original packaging, including all accessories, chargers, and manuals, to ensure it is protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
