How long does shipping take for a new Apollo scooter?
Orders for in-stock scooters are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location but generally range from 3 to 7 business days across North America.
What is the warranty coverage on Apollo products?
Every Apollo scooter comes with a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. We also offer an Apollo Care plan for extended coverage including wear-and-tear items.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with Affirm and Klarna to provide flexible monthly payment plans, allowing you to ride now and pay over time with interest rates as low as 0% APR for qualified buyers.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused scooters in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Are Apollo scooters water-resistant?
Most Apollo models feature an IP54 or higher water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or through deep puddles.
